Job Description
Responsibility
- Execute company sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Implement and utilize sales CRM (Hubspot) to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Work toward the Thai market and actively search for prospects
- Prepare a joint business plan and drive weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews of performance against targets and report to CRO
- Plan and monitor marketing campaigns by following up with prospects
- Working according to the company sales process to identify sales opportunities to generate new sales
- Build trust and relationships to gain customers’ confidence
- Research competitors and understand their offering vs Markethod’s to be able to present the best solution for customers
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues to help customers
- Actively participate in scheduled internal and external weekly and annual sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information
- Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams, and management to ensure that you are offering the very best offer to the customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields preferably from abroad
- Good understanding of eCommerce basics
- Good at Microsoft Office as well as used to work with web-based software applications
- Excellent business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management with both internal and external parties
- Able to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Native Thai and proficient in English written and spoken
- Able to multitask on multiple projects/ good project management skills

We are generous on the commission part and want you to make good money when you close deals. The CEO and CRO have more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, IT and digital marketing, and more. They will help you to grow and give you all the necessary tools to succeed. You report directly to the company CRO. This is a job for a salesperson that wants to work hard, have fun and make money.
